1. Using our service
Access Africa is a platform for digital services, currently offering Econet Zimbabwe airtime and mobile data, paid for by card. You must provide accurate account and recipient information for every purchase.
2. Pricing and payment
All retail prices are set by Access Africa and displayed in ZAR before you confirm a purchase. Card payments are processed by PayFast. The amount confirmed at checkout is the amount charged to your card.
3. Delivery of airtime and data
Airtime and data purchases are submitted to Econet Zimbabwe once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on Econet's network and are outside our direct control. You can track the status of every order in your account.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the cases described in our Refund Policy, back to the original payment method.
5. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
