1. Products

Access Africa is an online retailer of prepaid airtime and mobile data. Products are delivered to the mobile number entered at checkout. You must provide accurate customer and recipient information.

2. Pricing and payment

The final charge is displayed before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Access Africa does not receive or store card numbers or security codes.

3. Delivery

Orders are submitted for delivery after payment is confirmed. Delivery depends on the mobile network. An order is marked successful only after network confirmation.

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for checking the recipient mobile number and selected product before paying. Successfully delivered prepaid airtime and data cannot be recovered from the recipient number.

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and returned to the original payment method.

6. Support

Contact our support team with your order or payment reference if you need assistance.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when our products, payment methods, or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears above.
